  • Mike Garofalo (Chief Executive Officer), a commercial executive with extensive global experience, has led North American operations for multinational diagnostics organizations with full P&L responsibility and driven transformative revenue growth across global diagnostics businesses. He has built and scaled sales teams, developed multi-year strategic roadmaps, and managed multimillion-dollar portfolios spanning antibodies, antigens, molecular assays, and OEM partnerships. His leadership has consistently translated into double-digit growth, successful market expansion, and the launch of new business units, including molecular diagnostics platforms.

  • Complementing the commercial strength of our CEO, Arielle Bryan (Chief Technical Officer) brings a rare combination of Ph.D. level scientific expertise and frontline commercial experience. She has translated complex R&D innovations into scalable commercial strategies across qPCR, NGS, isothermal amplification, and diagnostics. From securing millions in NIH/SBIR funding to building North American pipelines from a near-zero baseline, she bridges the gap between science and strategy at the highest level.
